      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate, review, evaluate, and administer workers' compensation claims
      - Review medical reports and set reserves for claims
      - File documentation and review medical bills for payment
      - Interview and correspond with claimants, witnesses, attorneys, and physicians
      - Represent the employer at various workers' compensation and industrial leave claims actions and hearings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma and 5 years or more experience in Claims and Litigation OR a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience in Claims and Litigation
      - Knowledge of claims handling and legal statutes and procedures
      - Customer service experience
      - Workers' Comp experience in California, Texas, and Pennsylvania, and non-subscriber claim experience highly preferred
      - Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with various workers' compensation and industrial leave claims actions
      - Proven ability in time management and conflict resolution
      - Good organizational and communication skills
