What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise daily claim activity across multiple accounts to ensure compliance with Arkansas law and corporate standards
- Review, assign, and oversee litigated and complex claims, providing strategic direction on resolution
- Provide guidance on medical, legal, and invoice management; negotiate disputed bills or settlements
- Support team development through education, training, and mentoring of claim staff
- Maintain oversight of litigation management and Arkansas form filing requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of workers’ compensation claim experience
- Arkansas Adjuster’s License
- Knowledge of litigation management and Arkansas form filing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise, coach, and develop a claims team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Professional designations such as AIC, CPCU, or ARM
