      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Consult with clients on workers' compensation claims and best practices
      - Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
      - Develop and implement strategies to reduce claims costs and improve outcomes
      - Provide training and support to clients on compliance and regulatory requirements
      - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation consulting or related field
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
      - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
      - Relevant certifications in workers' compensation or risk management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with performance-based incentive programs
      - Knowledge of regulatory changes affecting workers' compensation
      - Familiarity with risk management best practices
      - Advanced degree in a related field
