      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage relationships with workers’ compensation service vendors, brokers, and the employer to ensure effective claims handling
      - Provide guidance on claims management, compensability, and settlement strategies
      - Ensure timely reporting of all workers’ compensation claims to appropriate vendors or state agencies
      - Serve as the primary contact for outside service providers to resolve outstanding issues
      - Track claim costs and collaborate with management to ensure compliance with company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
      - At least 2 years of experience in workers’ compensation claims
      - General knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and the ability to analyze claims costs
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      - Bilingual in Spanish
