- Fantastic opportunity to provide support to existing London and Norwich based colleagues (including Client Executives) in servicing a large multi national, multi product line portfolio of business.
- You will be tasked with improving client service through the early resolution of client accounting issues.
- With 10 offices in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Continental Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, United States and Bermuda, our Bowring Marsh teams cover a range of Insurance products across the following areas: Property, Casualty, Terrorism, North American Property, Life Sciences and Mining.
- To make a success of this role, you will be highly nummbers and detail orientated and enjoy managing a busy and varied workload.

- To review and propose solutions to resolve client accounting issues escalated from Marsh Operations involving Bowring Marsh Technicians and Brokers as appropriate
- To assist the Norwich Management team in providing MI on unmatched cash and trapped premium volumes
- To understand & ease payment situations and/or to provide MI
- Prepare premium calculations for Bowring Marsh clients
- Set and achieve specific goals as evidenced Workday
- Solid numeracy skills, together with a good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical and conscientious approach
- Planning and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Quick to take on-board new information, which is technical in nature.
- Ability to cope with cyclical nature of the business
- Experience within a similar role
- Intermediate MS Excel
