      Job Summary

      RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Imaging, is looking for a Workflow Managment Coordinator to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Workflow Managment Coordinator, you will be responsible for day-to-day work-flow management through a collaborative approach with the Radiology Staff and Clinical Leadership. The incumbent will be a highly motivated team member with excellent problem-solving skills, willing and able to adhere to specific guidelines and policies, and comfortable with daily physician-level communication. This position is full-time, working 10:00am - 6:30 PM, working every third weekend from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM


      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

      • Communicate and support the Mission and Vision of Foundation Radiology effectively to internal and external teams.
      • Interpret data to identify work-flow conditions that require intervention.
      • Proactively intervene with the Clinical and Operations Leadership Team to prevent work-flow issues.
      • Effectively communicate with Radiologists, having the ability to impact their work-flow based on your communication and/or recommendation.
      • Management of all alerting types to prevent and/or react to egregious outliers.
      • Successfully identify false and positive alert triggers and react accordingly.
      • Build and maintain daily summary reports for the Clinical and Operations Leadership Teams.
      • Manage initial EOC outreach process.
      • Monitor adherence to standardized processes and provide the necessary feedback and additional training as needed.
      • Execute STAT addendum requests.
      • Execute routine addendums when capacity allows.
      • Assist with client down-times as needed, working closely with Radiologists and North Wing Supervisors.
      • Assist General Extender team with certain cross-sectional drafting as needed.
      • Provide assistance during RSS coverage gaps or in-climate weather as needed.
      • In performance of all duties, acts in accordance with the company’s mission, vision and values

      Requirements

      Required:

      • High school diploma or GED
      • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role.

      Preferred:

      • An associate or bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration or other related field.
