Workflow Superintendent

Where will you work: - K2 Mine Site, Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, Canada

A bout the role

The Superintendent, Workflow will provide leadership for the site's workflow process with a focus on increasing productivity and efficiency of maintenance resources. Ensure workflow participants are properly trained and performing intended function. This position acts as a liaison between operations and maintenance

What will you do?

• Work with operations and maintenance to ensure plant/site reliability, efficient use of resources and adherence to workflow processes.

• Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards. Manage performance issues when necessary. Develop and coach employees in order to retain and grow organizational talent. Support employees in their career development at Mosaic.

• Facilitate communication between job functions and departments to improve workflow system efficiency and overall knowledge across site.

• Drive continuous improvement of the workflow process by monitoring metrics, analyzing work order feedback and making direct observations to identify improvement opportunities. Create and implement action plans to correct issues and close gaps.

What you’ll need:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in maintenance and/or engineering in a supervisory role.

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the mining industry, particularly in potash mining, is highly desirable.

• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SAP and CMMS systems is beneficial.
