      Job Responsibilities:
      - Evaluate requests for accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
      - Manage a caseload of open accommodation requests with guidance and oversight.
      - Engage employees, medical professionals, supervisors, and HR Business Partners to assist employees with disabilities in need of workplace accommodations.
      - Document employee requests and facilitate the interactive process between employees and employers to determine effective accommodations.
      - Collaborate with medical vendors, when necessary, to clarify and validate accommodation requests.

      Job Requirements:
      - Preferred experience in RTW Services, Labor Relations, Absence Management, Disability Claim Management, or Project Management.
      - Familiarity with ADA and FMLA.
      - Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
      - Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
      - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
