- Scope, design, prepare, and deliver analytical products in collaboration with internal teams.
- Consult with senior business leaders and HR COEs to provide data insights that inform our talent strategy, engagement practices, and Learning & Development programs.
- Drive analytical projects and deliver actionable insights. Conduct advanced statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the workforce data. Deliver insights with data storytelling visualizations.
- Leverage knowledge of HR and statistics to build analyses, surveys, dashboards, and metrics that support HR and business goals.
- Participate in executing a workforce analytics strategic roadmap to operationalize and scale our workforce analytics capabilities to support business leaders and our HR community.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in workforce analytics, recommending innovative solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Human Resources or related field. Master’s or PhD a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience in workforce analytics, people analytics, or a similar role, with relevant experiences in data engineering, data analysis, statistical modeling, and LLM applications.
- Proficient with programming languages used in data ingestion, manipulation, preparation, and statistical modeling (Python or R preferred), and data visualization and presentation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with advanced analytics techniques (including predictive modeling and machine learning) and analyzing structured and unstructured data.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of talent practices and processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the data story telling ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to business audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within an organization.

Description
The Workforce Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping our analytics capabilities. This position will be responsible for consulting and delivering on people analytics services and solutions that inform business decisions across key functions. Reporting to the HR Systems and People Analytics Manager, the Workforce Analyst will lead analytics initiatives that align with our strategic goals and enhance our organizational effectiveness.
To accomplish this, the Workforce Analyst will be expected to grow and nurture key relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, business leaders and HR colleagues across the enterprise. He/she should expect to work in a matrixed environment where close collaboration and partnerships are keys to success.
Responsibilities:Qualifications
The expected salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
