What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and execute strategies for Broker Distribution to meet sales, retention, profitability, and expense objectives
- Meet annual sales goals established by the RSM of Broker Distribution
- Partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to present the Workforce Benefits story to the broker community
- Strengthen and grow broker relationships through regular meetings and communication
- Drive a pipeline of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to meet sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with a strong presence in the broker marketplace
- College degree in business management, finance, or risk management, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to analyze data to support decision-making and align with organizational strategy
- High degree of integrity and transparency in actions and decision-making
- Mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovative business models
