      Responsibilities:
      • Receiving phone calls from associates who are unable to fulfill their scheduled shifts and communicate the absence to the appropriate department.
      • Coordinate the covering of shifts, left open due to associate absences, by contacting associates who may be available to work and adding the shift to the schedule in Kronos.
      • Perform the day of timekeeping functions for all departments. Processing timecards, entering missing punches, comments, and paycodes.
      • Maintaining the schedules on the day of, adjusting shifts, transferring of associates between locations, and solving scheduling issues.
      • Communicate trends in guest demand, associate absences, and/or schedule changes to the Scheduling Team, for adjustments in future schedules.
      • Coordinate the resolution of associate scheduling concerns, by directing the associate to the appropriate scheduler, leadership team, or resolving the concern themselves.

      Qualifications:
      • High School Diploma. Preferred: Associate’s degree/vocational or technical Degree.
      • Strong organizational skills and time management.
      • Must be able to multi-task
      • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
      • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, and DMV
