What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Approve requests or propose alternatives for offline activities and scheduling adjustments based on demand and staffing availability
- Analyze and report on staffing trends to recommend improvements and efficiency strategies
- Conduct audits of reports to maintain data integrity in workforce management systems
- Utilize communication tools to manage schedule changes, overtime, and voluntary time off
- Participate in emergency notification and workforce recovery procedures in case of disruptions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 3 years of experience in contact center or workforce administration
- Experience in verbal and written communication with various audiences
- Proven customer service experience meeting quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction
- Ability to analyze and report data to identify trends and drive improvements
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Genesys workforce management system
- Prior contact center scheduling experience

Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
