      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the leadership team in coaching and monitoring frontline staff
      - Manage daily operational tasks to ensure adherence to assigned schedules
      - Generate and analyze call trends to maximize staff occupancy capacity
      - Collaborate with department schedulers to ensure accurate staffing levels
      - Produce daily and monthly productivity and performance reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - One year of experience in Workforce Management or three to five years in a contact center setting
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
      - Experience with WFM technology and analytical skills
      - Ability to operate eCW EHR; specialty clinical or gastroenterology experience is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related environment
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact courteously with patients and staff
      - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Experience in developing scheduling enhancements and best practices
      - Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
