Workforce Planner UGL – Big projects, big careers UGL is a leading provider of end-to-end engineering, construction and maintenance services. Our Mackay office is a one-stop-shop for mine site activities, including mechanical and electrical overhaul capabilities, and flexible workforce resources supporting shutdown and outage scopes from CHPP to port. Workforce Planner UGL has an exciting opportunity for two Workforce Planners to join our Mackay office. Our dedicated and growing Workforce Planning team manage the logistics of resources to meet our shutdown and project commitments. These critical roles are responsible for the day-to-day roster allocation and scheduling of our valued employees including recruitment support and training requirements.
