  Job Description

  • Provides support for projects carried out in the LOM2-DC area;
  • Prepares reports for stocks and delivery performance;
  • Check stocks/materials/packaging with HIBE;
  • Provides support in ensuring the necessary stocks for production;
  • Archive the delivery documents;
  • Check service and transport invoices;
  • Follows the budget available on frame-orders for various logistics services;
  • Make process confirmations;
  • Updates the boards for Daily Management in the logistics areas;
  • Checks compliance with 5S in logistics areas and restores damaged markings, if necessary;
  • Escalates the minimum stock at suppliers according to the escalation procedure;
  • Prepares and participates in the annual inventory;
  • Other duties and responsibilities specific to the position, of a temporary nature, assigned by the hierarchical superior.

  Qualifications

  • Ongoing studies
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, mainly Excel and Access
  • Other IT tools as: HTML, Microsoft SQL, FOX Pro
  • Good level of English language
  • Organized and self motivated
