The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Working Student (m/f/*) in Digital Marketing within the Consumer Business Group covering Europe, Middle East & Africa you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Assisting the EMEA Channel Marketing Team on Area-led channel programs and product content creation, focusing on the DIY/Pro Channel with potential expansion into other channels such as Office & Retail, Autocare or Pharmacy.

• Optimizing digital content (images / enhanced images / videos / A+ content) to promote omnichannel execution and maximize digital shelf presence.

• Executing agreed aspects of the CBG EMEA annual content creation and syndication plan.

• Ensuring visibility of digital content for Marketing and Sales colleagues in EMEA countries.

• Collaborating closely with agencies, the EMEA content team, global teams and external suppliers.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Marketing or similar from an accredited institution.

• Open minded and communicative personality with attention to detail.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities through multiple stakeholders with strong project management skills.

• Independent, strategic thinker, able to solve problems and drive for results.

• Skilled in working with Microsoft, especially Excel.

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Interest in eCommerce, websites and digital content

• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English

• Experience / understanding of photography

Job specifics:

• Flexible work conditions (On-site and Remote in our headquarter in Neuss)

• 10 to 20 hours per week; Full time during the semester break
