- Keeping office stocked and clear
- Greeting Guests
- Paying invoices
- Reconciling expenses (credit cards)
- Validating parking (within the first 10 mins)
- Answering the phone
- Business Professional Attire is required
- 2+ Years of experience is required in a front facing professional role such as receptionist or administrative assistant
- Microsoft Office Suite experience is required
- Campaign logic or create an email campaign experience is preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Experience working Front desk
Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.

Miami, FL Onsite position (Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm)

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.
