      Workplace Experience Coordinator
      Miami, FL Onsite position
      (Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm)
      2 month contract (Potential to extend)

      As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.

      Responsibilities:
      • Ordering InstaCart
      • Keeping office stocked and clear
      • Greeting Guests
      • Paying invoices
      • Reconciling expenses (credit cards)
      • Validating parking (within the first 10 mins)
      • Answering the phone
      • Business Professional Attire is required
      Requirements:
      • 2+ Years of experience is required in a front facing professional role such as receptionist or administrative assistant
      • Microsoft Office Suite experience is required
      • Campaign logic or create an email campaign experience is preferred
      • Associate or Bachelor's degree
      • Experience working Front desk
      Professional Attire Monday - Thursday, Friday is Jeans day
