What You’ll Do

You’ll report to the Workplace Experience Program Manager and will work in partnership with Cox’s Brand/Marketing/Creative/Experiences group. In a nutshell, your job is to empower our employees to do their very best work, and help them have fun while doing it. Here are some of your responsibilities:

• Help brainstorm and activate employee events, both virtual and in-person

• Project manage employee events from concept to execution
• Help pilot and evolve programs to promote employee satisfaction
• Report on event/activation performance
• Engage employees to foster connection, inclusion, and meaningful experiences
• Partner with internal groups, such as Benefits, Inclusion, Communications, Social Media, Recruitment Marketing and more

Who You Are

• Currently studying for a degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• An undergrad at rising junior or rising senior level (at least 2 years of college completed).
• A graduate student pursuing a marketing degree (or related field).

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
