Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the team, consisting of a Facility Coordinator, Office Assistants and Restaurant Staff.
Facility Coordination: Oversee the maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of the workplace.
Restaurant Management: Supervise the daily operations of the on-site restaurant, ensuring high standards and quality of healthy food, customer service, and hygiene
Front Office Operations: Ensure the front office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Travel Management: Coordinate with Global Travel Agent to ensure proper use of company travel system. Manage relationships with travel vendors and hotels to secure the best rates and services.
Experience Enhancement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve the overall workplace experience.
Internal Communication: Regularly communicate with employees, keeping them informed about workplace policies, procedures, and events.
Event Management: you take an active role in our Event Committee and drive the organization of our internal events, such as our Quarterly Town Hall meetings.
Health and Safety Compliance: You actively participate in our Environmental Health and Safety Committee, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Budget Management: You manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions related to facility maintenance, restaurant operations and front office supplies.
Vendor Relations: In collaboration with the Category Manager Facility Management, you build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years in office or facility management, hospitality, or a similar role
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
Technical Savvy: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and solid understanding of workplace technology.
Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to connect effectively with stakeholders at all levels in a cross-functional, international environment.
Organization: Strong organizational, project management and multitasking abilities.
Language: Fluent in English and Dutch.
A good pension scheme with a personal contribution of only 1.25%.
27 vacation days (based on fulltime employment).
Breakfast and lunch at a minimum contribution of EUR 1,- per day.
