Receptionist - Services:o Receptionist handles the visitors at the front entrance.o Must great the customers when on site, and have a “pleasant” personality.o We are interested in providing a more pleasant experience for the visitorso Hours are - 8AM – 4PMo Receptionist must contact the employee the guest is meeting with when they arrive on site.o When the site has group meetings, the receptionist will be updated each week of any events, where the meeting is to be held and the contact.o Receptionist will pick up the mail out by the gate in the drive way, and bring back to the office. We will provide where the mail is to be delivered to with which team membero Receptionist will be working with or “trained” by site management, probably by Sohil’s receptionist as to the site nuances and expectations.o Monitor the gate to allow visitors at the site to enter – Minor request to review if required by Chriso Work with the Security Team for breaks for Lunch they will provide the backupo Keep the log at the front desk of visitors, time of visito We have a “safety” video that some of the visitors are required to see, short 5 minute video for contractors. We will see if this will be part of the responsibility.o Phone Etiquette is very important, no slang languageo No eating at the front desko Understanding computer systems, just word and excel is allo How to pull up the camera just in case, will be trained on thiso Dress Code is business casualo If receptionist discovers that the lobby needs some attention, or cleaned due to a spill or something, she contacts cleaning to let them knowAbout the company
