Job Description
• Lead, Support & Project manage projects of strategic importance.
• Manage small to medium projects transitions from onshore to low-cost locations, using a transition mobilization tool kit designed by the organization. Work involves process review, process documentation, creating PowerPoint presentation, keeping track, and following up of deliverables.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners across the globe. Resolve issues in a tactful and expedient manner for short-term solutions, and effectively plan for long-term solutions.
• Support multiple initiatives and work closely with partners around the world and other team members to collaborate and industrialize solutions.
• Advise and enable stakeholders in their goals to improve service, save on cost and mitigate risks. Use powerful techniques such as data storytelling and PowerBI/bots/tools as applicable.
• Understand the business context and provide solutions and proactive approach to solutions to the stakeholders.
• Co-create & advice stakeholders’ approach to problem solving and managing projects/programs e2e
• Work with all levels across Accenture and forge meaningful business relationships
• Should have worked and led multiple PMP/ Lean/Six sigma/DT etc. projects on ground
• Should be a good storyteller & presenter
• Must be able to manage multiple projects (of different nature) simultaneously
• Drive digitization and automation for tracking and reporting performance, and, enhancing process performance
• Aggregate data from various tools and other functions to create management and operational views reports needed for fact-based analysis and decision support. Develop and communicate insights generated from the analysis in a clear and concise manner.
Carry out any other duties within the defined scope that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
Graduate with 7-8+ years of work experience
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black belt and/or Design thinking (DT) practitioner and/or PMP Certified
• Working Knowledge of VBA, Python, Power bi, SharePoint, power Automate would be an added preferred
• Should have had experience in project management and client management
