What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for team members regarding workplace concerns, policies, and procedures
- Collect and document relevant details of workplace issues, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide basic guidance on company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Assess cases and escalate complex issues to Workplace Solutions Specialists or appropriate departments
- Maintain organized records of team member concerns and resolutions in company systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic understanding of U.S. and Canadian employment laws or willingness to learn
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work in an office setting full-time
