What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide guidance to team members regarding company policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws
- Address and resolve employee concerns while collaborating with supervisors for performance management
- Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting business operations
- Develop and present training materials on new laws impacting employee relations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws and employee relations
- Ability to work in the office full-time; this is not a remote position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and recordkeeping abilities
- Proficient in standard office software, including Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in coaching and counseling employees and conducting internal investigations
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive data and learn new tasks quickly
- Experience managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively
