What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver engaging and interactive workshops and trainings virtually and occasionally in-person
- Follow a pre-set curriculum for each workshop
- Act as a subject matter expert for health and wellness, leadership, and DEIB content
- Assist other facilitators in hosting sessions and manage technology during workshops
- Learn new workshops continuously and provide updates on progress using Asana
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Ability to create engaging and interactive workshops with a focus on the learner
- Familiarity with presenting, facilitation, and coaching techniques
- Proficient in using technology and quick to learn new systems and processes
- Relevant certifications or trainings in Health Coaching, ICF ACC designation, Certified Diversity Practitioners, MBSR, MBCT, MSC Certification, Mental Health First Aid Certification, or Health Educator with professional experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluent in Spanish
- Experience in delivering trainings or workshops in a healthcare or mental health-related field
