      Job Description

      • Assembles and tests assemblies according to specifications. Master basic skills and some advanced skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment in the area of expertise
      • Completes required test documentation including test reports, failed test reports, and NCRs
      • Cleans components after assembly according to FMCTI specifications and verbal/written instructions
      • Uses material handling equipment to move parts, components, and sub-assemblies from one work or storage area to another as required
      • Collects and inputs information in specific systems for cost-tracking purposes
      • Performs all duties in a safe manner and keeps all employees aware of dangers in the work area
      • Assists more experienced Assembly Technicians as assigned

      You are meant for this job if:

      • High school diploma or equivalent technical diploma
      • Up to 2 years of experience in field
      • Proficiency in reading drawings and technical documentation in assembly
      • Knowledge/use of complex equipment and techniques (e.g. FAT, Gas testing, etc.)
