What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate all aspects of managing a donor in the workup process
- Schedule and conduct donor information sessions
- Manage physical exam and medical clearance process
- Communicate case progress with the Case Manager and donor
- Ensure continuous process improvement and adherence to protocols

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours based on donor needs
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Postsecondary education and three years of relevant experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in a health or science field
- Experience with medical terminology and case-note documentation
- Patient interaction or care experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of Good Tissue Practices (GTP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
