What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow sales via telephone and improve the quality and performance of assigned customers
- Identify and develop new commercial accounts and maximize sales to existing accounts
- Conduct new customer account development
- Demonstrate multitasking and familiarity with computer catalogs and order processing
- Provide exceptional customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Current working knowledge of the automotive industry and specific aftermarket competitors
- Working knowledge of automotive systems and replacement parts sales
- Sales experience in the automotive parts industry is a plus
- Proficiency in technology tools used to manage and develop customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual and ASE parts certification is a plus
