- Answer customer calls and actively listen to identify and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve customer concerns
- Promote Xfinity Mobile products and services
- Utilize technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of products and network capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Punctuality and consistency in attendance
