- Must be to work any shift, weekends, Holidays and OT.
The Yard Jockey is responsible for loading straps, racks, and shippers onto truck during the loading process
You will assist with pallet building and unloading of trucks to maintain organization of pallets and shells
This role ensures that the hand trucks and tow motors are charged and put in their respective places for drivers as well as all DSD routes have a fully charged mule on trailer prior to leaving the dock
The Yard Jockey maintains general cleanliness of the warehouse and yard and assists with replenishment of product in the warehouse
Other duties as assigned
Must be at least 21 years old
0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience
Class A CDL Permit to Class A CDL license
Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
High School Diploma o r General Education Degree
