- Manage specified construction work in accordance with engineer/architect’s plans, county/state regulations, and other specifications.
- Work with Owners and General Contractors to ensure quality, cost, and schedule.
- Monitor construction activities to verify schedules and materials.
- Financial and document control using Procore.
- Consult with the design team related to modification of plans & project scope to improve overall project design.
- Assist with review and processing of change orders from contractors and consultants.
- Coordinate with PM’s to review, present and approve owner change orders.
- Monthly financial reporting in conjunction with the accounting department.
- Review and approval of invoices and pay apps.
- Develop and manage cost -to-complete forecasts.
- Confer with supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
- Inspect work in progress to ensure that work conforms to specifications and that construction schedules are adhered to.
- Verify change order requests for accuracy and presentation to the Owners for approval.
- Assist Directors with the creation of budgets for new projects.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and ensure teamwork within project organization, utilizing the resources needed to drive quality and value to our clients.
- Represent the Company through professionalism, consideration, and discretion in all interactions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering; or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience for complex commercial, vertical construction projects or large-scale master planned developments
- 5 years+ experience supervising construction projects of increasing complexity with a focus on budget and cost management.

Yellowstone Club’s Development department is currently seeking candidates for a Construction Cost Manager.
The purpose of the Construction Cost Manager is to assist in the daily operations of the Village Core Project for the Vertical Development department, specifically to manage budget, cost and revenue related to a complex large-scale construction project using Procore’s Financial Tool.
