- Must be able to work onsite in our New York City office, Tuesday – Thursday from 9AM – 6PM ET for the duration of the program, with the exception of remote on Mondays & Fridays.
- Demonstrate passion for advertising or desire to work in a creative agency environment
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills, strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter; able to multi-task and manage their time accordingly
- Prior internship experience in a similar field is a plus (but not mandatory)
- Must be post-grad or have graduated by May 31st, 2024
TBWA\Chiat\Day New York is looking for new YoungBlood Residents who are curious, passionate and have a desire to make Disruptive work. YoungBloods will be given the opportunity to grow exponentially through mentorship, cultural programming, and, of course, by collaborating and creating with their fellow YoungBloods across multiple fast-paced projects. Opportunities are available across Business (Account Management), Creative, Production, Public Relations and Strategy.
We are looking for post-grad students who are passionate about starting their career in advertising and living in New York City. During your time here, YoungBloods will be paired up with team members across multiple departments for mentorship and guidance throughout the program where you receive formal feedback at the end of the program. To be successful in this role, you must bring a fresh perspective to the office while contributing to the work and our culture.
Past YoungBlood residents go on to work full-time in our agency or leave with an improved portfolio and the experience to kickstart a career in advertising.
YoungBlood Program Information: This position is non-exempt with an hourly base salary of $25.00 plus eligibility for overtime pay when applicable based on state and federal guidelines.

We are not able to offer housing assistance, individuals are responsible for finding and finalizing housing plans before the residency start date.
