      Position Details

      What you will do?

      As a Youth Counselor you will provide direct care services while serving as a positive role model with our clients. This includes but is not limited to ensuring safety & supervision, skill building, behavioral management and communications within the team. 2nd shift hours typically run from the hours of 2:00pm to 10:00pm.

      Qualifications & Program Information


      What you need:

      You will need to be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or GED to qualify. Additional requirements include:

      • Desire to help kids succeed
      • Prior experience working with children is preferred
      • Strong communication and problem solving abilities
