PO4 starting salary £48,063 per annum Incl. LW

We are looking for talented, ambitious and future focussed people to join our expanding youth services (including Youth Justice, Contextual Safeguarding and Youth Engagement) to provide children, young people and families with opportunities to thrive.
We are looking for community focussed, highly flexible and creative people for our new Engagement Service. We want workers who enjoy working with children and young people in the evenings, weekends, and school holidays. We need workers who can engage them with their local community settings in partnership with the adults they know and trust. We need people with tenacity and persistence to help provide accessible support that is inclusive and makes a real difference. For this service we are looking for:
Fixed term Youth Engagement Coordinators with significant experience and confidence to mobilise, motivate, guide and support a significant team of front-line practitioners. These newly created positions will be educated to degree level and be pivotal in developing strong local partnerships and effective early support which prevent children and young people entering the youth justice system.
