      Job Title: Youth Residential Clinical Supervisor
      Location: Jefferson City, MO
      Department: Youth Residential
      Employment Type: Full Time
      Shift: Monday - Friday

      Job Summary:

      Are you a compassionate and experienced clinical leader committed to delivering high-quality care in behavioral health and substance use treatment? Join our team at Preferred Family Healthcare as a Clinical Supervisor for our Youth Residential facility.

      In this role, you will be responsible for the clinical oversight and daily operations of client care within your assigned program, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and service delivery. As a leader, you’ll guide and support your team through supervision, training, and performance development while collaborating with external partners to ensure continuity of care.       Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide daily clinical oversight of services and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

      • Supervise and coach team members through weekly supervision, performance evaluations, and individualized training plans

      • Facilitate clinical case staffing, team meetings, and diagnostic disposition reviews

      • Monitor client care quality, service delivery, and documentation

      • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies for integrated service coordination

      • Manage schedules and coverage to ensure uninterrupted services in accordance with licensing requirements

      • Develop and maintain programmatic budgets and contribute to fiscal planning

      • Ensure staff training and development aligns with agency policies and improves service delivery

      • Respond to crises and oversee incident reporting in compliance with agency policy

      • Oversee physical environment conditions including safety, cleanliness, and resource coordination

      • Other duties as assigned by Leadership

      Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

      • Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in substance use or behavioral health treatment and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR

      • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of related experience and 2 years of supervisory experience; OR

      • Qualified Addiction Professional certification with 4 years of professional experience and 3 years of supervisory experience; OR

      • Licensed counselor, psychologist, or physician with at least 1 year of behavioral health treatment and supervisory experience

      Required License/Certification (one of the following):

      • Qualified Mental Health Professional as defined by applicable Missouri law

      • Missouri licensure in one of the following: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or Physician

      Additional Qualifications:

      • Strong knowledge of clinical practices in mental health and substance use disorder treatment

      • Experience with regulatory standards including CARF, DMH, and HIPAA

      • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

      • Ability to evaluate, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team

      • Proficiency with electronic health records and data-driven decision-making
