- The New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW)-Level 4 or a recognised equivalent or be prepared to study towards this qualification or a recognised equivalent.
- Experience in working with children and young people and an understanding of trauma-informed care.
- A current full New Zealand driver’s licence.
- A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain one.
- Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi

If you're passionate about guiding young individuals to build confidence, resilience, and overall well-being and would thrive in a collaborative team, we welcome your interest.
