      Job Description:

      Airbus Protect supports the Airbus Commercial Aircraft Fuel test capability development team in Filton, UK.

      The Role :

      • Collaborate with ZeroE Project and Lab Test means team to define the requirements and strategy for a new Fuel integration rig compatible with LH2 (Liquid Hydrogen).

      • Determine and capture the Test campaign requirements. This will involve understanding the System elements that respond to the requirements to be tested. And also, helping design test steps to confirm conformance to requirements and discover misbehaviours

      • Collaborate with other areas of the test organisation to prepare Instrumentation, acquire results and write Test Results Analyses in response to Test Requests. This will involve agreeing measurement chains (Instrument type, installation and acquisition parameters), conducting tests, analysing system performance including interactions with other systems/physical events. You will need to present findings in a clear, concise manner (backed up with demonstrations in plotted data)

      Are you the one ?

      Experience required:

      • You have a university degree in Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering

      • You have at least 3 years of working experience in the field of Test means, Lab/Ground Testing or Test engineering

      • You have good knowledge and/or experience with the following :

      • Hydraulics Systems Testing and/or Fuel Systems Testing and/or Computer based Systems Testing
      • Analysis of System performance, test reporting and investigations
      • Definition of Instrumentation systems
      • Hydromechanical Systems Configuration
      • Logical Systems
      • Knowledge of Hydrogen Properties,
      • Skills in Analysing Computer based systems behaviours (Python, C++, Matlab, Labview, Databases) are welcome
