Job Description
- Req#: 56373
- Monitor drying equipment including dryers, fluid beds, bag houses and bulk transport systems
- Troubleshoot equipment associated with the drying process
- Perform duties associated with bulk material handling
- Make sanitary connections for all DCIP, TCIP, COP and other forms of cleaning
- Perform chemical tests and maintain day tank levels
- Perform assigned preventative maintenance of drying equipment
- Disassemble and assemble various machinery
- Complete all necessary transactions, reports and documentation
- Collect samples from bulk and kraft bags
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Be able to use independent judgment and work well on a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus
- Previous experience in a food processing department is a plus
