  Die Cutter/Machine Operator Needed!

  Job Description

  We are seeking a dedicated Digital Die Cutter Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a digital die cutter, managing the flow of products from packaging to shipping, and ensuring high-quality and efficient production. Your passion and character will contribute to our growing team's success.

  Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate the digital die cutter.
  • Load materials such as paper, card stock, and cardboard.
  • Own the work process from printing to packaging and shipping.
  • Organize the workflow to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Assist in setting up and tearing down jobs to ensure timely product delivery.

  Essential Skills

  • 1 year experience with printing, digital printing, and digital die cutting.
  • 1 year of machine set up experience
  • Computer skills
  • Preferred 1+ year of production or leadership experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate in a team environment.

  Job Type & Location

  This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, Minnesota

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
