Job Description

1. Responsible for machine installation and commissioning
2. Responsible for daily machine breakdown maintenance which including both electrical and mechanical issues
3. Technical support for machine improvement
4. Responsibel for machine operating instruction training to operators
5. Responsible for root casue analysis of machine breakdown issues, find out solution and implementation
6. Accomplish the other works from the maintenance supervisor
7. Comply with relevant HSE policies, rules and regulations of the company
8.Actively participate in regular tool box meetings and implement the assigned tasks according to the requirements of the department manager
9.Actively report the safety hazards existing in the department, eliminate the hidden hazards found in time, and report to the department manager and HSE
10.Do not violate zero tolerance for violations of lock tags, vandalism of mechanical safety guards, etc.
11. Without permission, do not operate open flames in the plant, do not climb and do not operate electricity, do not command in violation of regulations
12.Conscientiously implement the health, safety and environmental protection production policies , strictly abide by and implement national laws and regulations
and Prysmian Group or China's safety production responsibilities
13.According to the requirements of the company, complete the department's health safety and environmental protection related training and education
