What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage scheduling tasks effectively by understanding project operations and workflow processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound communications via phone and email
- Ensure timely and accurate scheduling by coordinating with relevant parties, including dealerships and customers
- Document all interactions clearly within the RVM system to maintain accurate records
- Escalate cases requiring additional oversight or assistance to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of customer care experience in roles involving direct customer interaction
- Ability to work from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office
