- Recruit, train, develop, and manage life insurance agents to maximize sales and gain new clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ year of experience in a supervisory position
- Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- Life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one
- Valid driver's license
