      - Develop and execute data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance
      - Optimize SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration
      - Map PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolve inconsistencies
      - Implement ETL tools and validate data accuracy post-migration
      - Collaborate with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7 years of experience developing and executing data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance
      - 7 years of experience optimizing SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration
      - 7 years of experience mapping PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolving inconsistencies
      - 7 years of experience implementing ETL tools and validating data accuracy post-migration
      - 7 years of experience collaborating with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Oracle PeopleSoft Certification
