      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage high-impact projects across various business functions using waterfall or hybrid methodologies
      - Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and under budget
      - Foster strong teamwork and build robust internal and external relationships in a matrix environment
      - Coach and mentor junior staff while participating in departmental process improvement initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management
      - High School Diploma or GED is required
      - Must obtain one of the following certifications within 1 year of hire: CAPM, PMP, ACP, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent
      - Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholder relationships

      - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
      - Experience in healthcare project management, including care delivery and health plans
