      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze Talent Acquisition workflows and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
      - Build and maintain dashboards and reports for visualizing recruitment KPIs and workforce trends
      - Provide actionable insights from data to guide hiring strategy and workforce planning
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency
      - Monitor key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive optimization in hiring processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in recruiting analytics, people analytics, or data management
      - Proven experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday)
      - Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel/Sheets skills
      - Strong understanding of recruiting processes and metrics
      - Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with government contracting compliance data (EEO, OFCCP, or similar)
      - Exposure to workforce planning or labor market analytics
      - Passion for developing data-driven recruiting strategies that support mission-driven work
