      Join our international MSP Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in UK or anywhere in EMEA!

      We are in search of a Senior Talent Supply Chain Consultant to join our Distributed team at KellyOCG. This specialist will be a cornerstone of operational excellence across the EMEA region (excluding Sweden). You will play a pivotal role in consultation, support, and handling critical issues, ensuring seamless delivery solutions and efficiency improvements. With your expertise, you will support the Operations Lead and supply to proactive service delivery strategies that align with company's standards and goals.


      Sr. Talent Supply Chain Consultant (TSCC) is accountable for:

      • Expert Consultation and Guidance: Provide expertise consultations and guidance on various delivery solutions to Global Operations Lead to be streamlined with global processes.
      • Daily Management and Follow-up: Maintain the daily progress of requisitions and ensure timely follow-up. Ensure that SLA times and savings targets are consistently met.
      • Continuous Improvement and Service Delivery: Take an active role in continuous improvement initiatives and service delivery. Proactively identify service delivery issues and implement timely solutions to Global Operations Lead to be streamlined with global processes.
      • Point of Contact for TSCC: Serve as the primary point of contact for other TSCC regarding daily inquiries. Provide advice and support proactively.
      • Process and Project Ownership: Take ownership of driving and performing various processes and special projects within specified timelines.
      • Technical Knowledge and Troubleshooting: Develop solid understanding of VMS technology to operate efficiently and address issues called out by clients or suppliers .
      • OCG Central Support Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the OCG Central support, acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for EMEA (excluding Sweden) regarding initial issues.
      • Enhancing Supply Chains: Strengthen partnerships with suppliers and address underperformance to optimise supply chains locally, regionally, and globally.
      • Training and Capacity Planning: Train TSCC on negotiation and effective communication. Enhance efficient capacity planning across EMEA to address workload and documentation issues by ensuring streamlined processes.


      Skills and experience required:

      • Significant experience, preferably in the recruitment, staffing or contracting industry.
      • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills are important.
      • Previous people management expertise is helpful but at a minimum candidate must demonstrate the ability to develop this skill.
      • Experience of working on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.
      • Proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of technical support processes.
      • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Business/Human Resources or equivalent preferred.
      • Strong command of English language, knowledge of another foreign language is a plus.
