This can involve anything from looking at how to improve efficiencies in existing processes to acting as an internal consultant providing advice and guidance to the wider business. You'll be a strong communicator and keen to throw yourself into a variety of projects.Some of the teams you may join are: Business Solutions, M&A & Enterprise Change.The programmeOur 2024 Graduate Programme starts on 12 September 2024 and is a 2 year scheme. This Programme will provide you with a unique introduction into the investment management industry and how Business Transformation operates within it. You'll be given introductory training, including taking the Investment Management Certificate (IMC), and opportunities to network with people across the business.During your graduate scheme you will rotate around teams within Business Transformation where you will have the opportunity to work on live projects across multiple areas of the business and engaging with senior executives.Some of your responsibilities may include:• Working with the Business Solutions team to execute one or more strategic change initiatives;• Applying leading-edge Lean and operational excellence practices across our business;• Shaping our firm-wide change portfolio through strategic & financial analysis;• Applying our enterprise business architecture framework to clarify and implement business strategy; and• Supporting due diligence and other critical activities in support of M&A priorities.What you'll be like• Good interpersonal and communication skills• Inquisitive - be passionate and curious about technology & business strategy• Innovative and analytical – you're happy to think outside the box and look for a fresh perspective• Proactive and happy to get involved in variety of tasks and projects• A growth mindset: we understand you may make mistakes, and when you do, we are looking for you to learn from these.The knowledge, skills and qualifications we're looking for• An honours degree or equivalent – we're not fussed when it comes to your degree subject or predicted grade• You will be in your final year of study or already graduatedWhy join us:• Gain the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) in your first few weeks.
