- Working alongside Bankers and Product Partners to execute transactions from initial pitch through marketing to close
- Preparing marketing materials for use in client meetings covering topics such as financing alternatives, working capital optimization and industry analysis
- Creating financial models to support financing transactions
- Coordinating with product and coverage partners to produce and distribute client deliverables
- Developing an understanding of the full breadth of J.P. Morgan products and service offerings
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Coursework in finance, accounting or economics a plus
- Preferred 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale

2024 Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries Full-Time Analyst Program – Northeast Diversified (New York)
The Corporate Client Banking Northeast Diversified Group is part of Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries in the Commercial Bank. Bankers in the group are responsible for developing and managing relationships with a wide range of diversified industries companies located in the northeastern United States. Our clients have global operations and revenues of $500mm or greater. We help our clients meet their objectives and challenges in financing, risk management, working capital, cash management and investments. Clients benefit from dedicated coverage provided by experienced corporate bankers, who deliver the firm's extensive product platform and global presence.

How CCBSI is organized
CCBSI is organized into four diversified, regional businesses (Northeast, Midwest, South and West) and seven industry-focused businesses (Financial Institutions Group (FIG), Energy, Technology, Entertainment Industries Group (EIG), Green Economy, Healthcare and Real Estate). Diversified teams cover clients across a breadth of industries including, but not limited to, consumer and retail, industrials, business services, and transportation.
NOTE: We are currently hiring for our CCBSI Northeast Diversified group in New York.
Full-time analysts in our Northeast Diversified CCBSI team are based in New York along with their associate team members. The analysts and associates partner with a diverse group of Northeast CCBSI bankers with presence across Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
Along with their team members, full-time analysts work closely with Investment Banking coverage, credit underwriters and product partners (syndications, debt capital markets, M&A, equity capital markets) to provide capital to clients. Analysts will also partner with a broader group of product specialists (treasury services, international banking, foreign exchange, derivatives, etc.) to provide solutions to clients.
Each CB registered banker is required to hold the FINRA Series 79 (Limited Representative - Investment Banking) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam) Licenses. In addition to the Series 79 and Series 63, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is a general knowledge exam and co-requisite to representative level exams required for newly registered employees or for those whose registration has lapsed.
What to expect
Our Full-Time Analyst Program kicks off with an Investment Banking training program, giving you key technical and practical knowledge. You’ll also attend an additional Credit training program to round out your skills. This combination of training is unique to our program and will provide you with a foundation to advise complex clients across our full product suite.
