      As a 2024 Luxembourg Working Student in J.P. Morgan, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks. With a heritage of more than two centuries, a broad range of core and alternative strategies, and investment professionals operating in every major world market, we offer investment experience and insight that few other firms can match.

      The program is designed to provide a fixed-term on the job experience in parallel to your university studies. You will be expected to be available to work 15 hrs/week, starting from mid-September 2024 and for a period of up to 10 months. Roles exist in several areas of our Commercial & Investment Banking and Asset & Wealth Management areas.

      Job responsibilities

      • Provides general administrative support on key departmental day-to-day tasks such as document management, team governance, data maintenance and reporting
      • Actively participates in projects from starting point up to completion and provides support to tasks relating to process documentation, automation, and simplification

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Fluent in English, verbal and written
      • Availability to work 2 days/week in office
      • Registered in an educational program in Luxembourg
      • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
      • Good communicator
      • Ability to manage internal and external requests
      • Able to prioritize and multi-task

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Demonstrated interest in Business Administration, Management, Governance, Finance, Economics, Wealth Management, Law, Accounting, Audit or similar
