      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct half-hour calls for 40 hours a week to present and sell online training products to prospects
      - Deliver persuasive sales presentations over the phone, effectively overcoming objections and closing sales
      - Follow a proven sales script while incorporating personal style to enhance engagement
      - Utilize technology systems to track calls and enroll new students
      - Participate in feedback sessions to improve performance and communication skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of prior sales experience, preferably in phone sales
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving results
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs
      - Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively in a remote work environment
      - Eagerness to embrace a competitive sales atmosphere and contribute to team success

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling online coaching or training programs at price points of $5K-$20K+
      - Background in the speaking industry or a strong interest in it
      - Ability to build strong relationships and connect with prospects effectively
