      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage an assigned account on behalf of the employer
      - Research and identify potential sales targets, creating sales lists and conducting email outreach
      - Receive training on the sponsorship sales process, including calls and meetings with potential sponsors
      - Work independently and autonomously as needed
      - Assist with additional tasks assigned by the supervisor, including agency events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Entrepreneurial mindset
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Passion for prospecting, sales outreach, and marketing ideation
      - Proficient in PowerPoint or similar presentation software
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior internship or entry-level experience in sales or marketing
      - Experience in sports or involvement in grassroots sports organizations
      - Digital marketing or advertising experience
